Rooms, chairs and equipment now have their own schedule — just like your team. Give any resource its own operating hours (a recurring weekly pattern plus one-off custom days), and take it out of service for maintenance, servicing, cleaning or repairs. A resource with no schedule of its own simply follows your business opening hours. While a resource is outside its hours, out of service, or blocked, online booking automatically hides the slots that need it — so a float tank being serviced or a pool that opens weekdays only never gets booked by accident.

Email campaigns arrive in Messages Plus — branded emails with your colours, a hero image and a Book-now button, unlimited within fair use. Plus native online booking analytics: traffic-source attribution, a drop-off funnel, and a visit-to-booking conversion rate with no Google Analytics setup. And a new automated birthday reward: set a discount once and Bella applies it for the client when they book — on the day, once a year, with a greeting and a reminder. This month also brings card-on-file booking protection with automatic late-cancellation and no-show fees, smarter client merging with duplicate prevention, dated client timeline notes, dedicated-number business verification, gift cards you can sell at the till, recurring-appointment improvements, a more customisable booking page, and a batch of reliability fixes.
