Team members can connect their Google Calendar from their profile. Bella appointments sync to Google Calendar in real time, and external Google Calendar events block availability on the Bella scheduler. Supports per-team-member connections with OAuth consent flow.
External Google Calendar events appear as blocked time on the scheduler, preventing double-bookings. Team members control which calendars sync and can disconnect at any time.
Online Booking & Products
A new product shop on the online booking page lets clients browse and purchase retail products. Supports product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory tracking. Clients can buy products alongside a booking or as a standalone order.
A dedicated admin view for managing online product orders. Track order status, view line items with quantities and totals, and manage fulfilment from the dashboard.

During onboarding, new businesses can enter their website URL. Bella uses AI to extract brand colours, team member names and roles, services with pricing, and the current booking system. Extracted data pre-populates the setup wizard, reducing manual entry.
Scheduling
Create recurring appointments in one step. Choose a weekly, fortnightly, every-4-week, or monthly pattern, set an end date, and review every planned date with conflict detection before creating. Skip conflicting dates and control which confirmations the client receives.
Assign a colour to each service and see it rendered on the scheduler timeline. Quickly identify appointment types at a glance. Colours are configurable per service in the service settings.
Clients can now remove individual services from their cart during the online booking flow, making it easier to adjust their selection before confirming.
Service variants now support client eligibility rules. Mark variants as available to initial clients only, returning clients only, or all clients. The online booking page automatically shows the correct variant based on client history.
Discounts & Promotions
Create promo codes with percentage or fixed-amount discounts. Codes can be applied by clients during online booking or by team members in the scheduler. Set usage limits, expiry dates, and restrict to specific services.
Apply a discount across the entire appointment in the edit form — not just per service line. Choose a discount reason and the amount is distributed across all services.
Apply ad-hoc discounts at checkout with a selectable reason. Quick and flexible discounting for walk-in specials, loyalty rewards, or any scenario.
Confirmation and reminder emails now display any discounts applied to the appointment, so clients see the correct adjusted total.
A new report tracking discount usage, total amounts, and breakdowns by reason and service. Filter by source (manual vs promo) and scope (per-line vs appointment-level).
Notifications & Reminders
Install Bella as a progressive web app (PWA) on desktop or mobile to receive native push notifications. Get alerted for new online bookings, cancellations, waitlist additions, and other business events without keeping the browser tab open.
Suppress or send immediate reminders on individual appointments. Override the default reminder schedule when needed — useful for last-minute bookings or appointments that should not trigger a reminder.
Reports & Insights
A new report covering active membership counts, recurring revenue, churn rate, and usage statistics. Filter by membership type, date range, and status. Provides a clear view of your membership programme health.
