November 2026: Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel on Your Booking Page, and Important Information Before Clients Book
1 November 2026
Highlights
Your Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel on your booking page
Paste the pixel ID under Settings → Booking page → Analytics & tracking and Bella sends page views and each completed booking, with its value, to Meta and TikTok.
Important information before clients book
A title, up to 10 images and formatted text that clients open near the Book now button at the top of your booking page and at the top of the Services step. Use it for a first-time client guide, preparation steps, parking and arrival, or who can book.
Hide any section, and preview your changes before you apply them
Show or hide each section of your booking page, the banner and the footer under Settings → Booking page, and check your changes in the preview before you apply them.
Client and appointment records
- EnhancedMark up PDFs and keep the original
Open a PDF from Files on a client or appointment and choose Annotate PDF. Draw with pen, shapes, arrows and text, move between pages, and zoom in for detail. Save an annotated PDF copy alongside the original. Filled form fields become part of the copy; password-protected, digitally signed and XFA forms need a standard PDF copy first.
Online booking
Your booking page can now report into your own Meta and TikTok accounts, beside the Google Analytics and Tag Manager it already could. Under Settings → Booking page → Analytics & tracking, paste your Meta Pixel ID or your TikTok Pixel ID: Bella loads the vendor's own pixel code for you and sends page views plus every completed booking as a Schedule event, carrying the booking's value and your currency, so your campaigns can optimise for bookings and you can see what they were worth. Cookie consent is handled for you: visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland see a short notice and the pixels load only once they accept, while everyone else (for example Australia) sees no banner. Your Tag Manager container keeps running Google-managed tags only on the booking page, so the two fields are the way to bring Meta and TikTok along. Available on every plan.
Write what clients should know before they book, such as how to choose a service, how to prepare or where to park, with a title, up to 10 images and formatted text (bold, italic and lists). Clients see a strip with your title near the Book now button at the top of your booking page and at the top of the Services step, and tapping it opens the rest. Set it up under Settings → Booking page → Important information.
Pick a font pairing for your booking page from six, each a heading font and a text font that work together. Make titles, labels or descriptions larger (labels can also go smaller), and set your own primary and secondary text colours. Every colour stays readable: one too pale for its background is darkened just enough to read clearly. Find it under Settings → Booking page → Brand → Typography, and see each change in the preview before you apply it.
- EnhancedHide any section of your booking page, and preview your changes before you apply themBooking Page Customisation
Every section of your booking page can now be shown or hidden: Services, Gift cards, Packages, Memberships, Products and Reviews join Team and Gallery. You can also hide the banner, or the footer with its contact details, opening hours and quick links, so your booking page matches your own website. A hidden section leaves the page, the menu and the footer links together. Changes to your layout, sections and wording now show in the preview first and go live together when you press Apply (pictures still save as they upload), and clicking any part of the preview opens the settings that change it. Find it all under Settings → Booking page, the new name for Settings → Online booking → Appearance.
- EnhancedSee every step where clients leave your booking page, and which services they add but don't bookOnline booking analytics
Your booking funnel under Online booking → Detailed analytics now shows six steps: visited, added a service, picked a time, reached review, tapped Book and booked. You can tell whether people leave at sign-in, on the review step or after tapping Book, and a line under the funnel names the biggest drop after a service is added, with a link to the setting behind it when there is one. The services card now shows how many visits added each service and how many of those went on to book, so a service many add and few book stands out.
- EnhancedFollow up clients who leave before the review step, and see what each client tried to book onlineIncomplete Bookings
When a signed-in client adds a service on your booking page and leaves, their unfinished booking now shows on the Incomplete tab in Scheduler → Waitlist, marked Stopped at services or Stopped at time, beside the clients who stopped on the review step or at payment. You can book them in, send a reminder or call them. Bella only sends the automatic reminder to clients who reached the review step, so nobody who was just checking prices is chased. Each client's Overview tab now lists the bookings they started online, the services and time they picked, and whether each one was booked.
Your booking page, its reviews page and the reviews widget on your website now show your written reviews highest rated first, newest first within each rating, and say so above the reviews. On the reviews page and in the widget, clients can switch Sort by to Newest or Lowest rated, and the star bars still show one rating at a time. Every review stays in your average and your star breakdown.
Scheduler
Under Pay to book or Card on file, a client paying a deposit or saving a card online holds their time, and the Scheduler shows it as a grey Held online block with their name and when the hold ends. If that client rings to book instead, book them as usual. The save asks Book here instead?, closes their online payment or card page so they can't finish online as well, and books them. They don't get an incomplete booking reminder for it.
Open a client's Appointments tab, tick their upcoming appointments (or Select all) and confirm or cancel them together: a standing booking, repeats brought over from another system, or some dates and not others. The client gets one message listing the cancelled dates, and any deposits stay on their appointments for you to refund. Cancel upcoming on a series now starts from the appointment you open (or today, once that date has passed) and lists every date it will cancel before you confirm.
Drag a service of a bundle set to At the same time to another time on the same day, and Bella asks: Move the whole bundle, or Move just this service. Pick Move just this service and only that service moves, still in the same appointment, so a couples package can run the suite first and both scrubs after it, with one deposit and one checkout. The move confirmation shows every service that moves at its new time, and changing one start time in Edit moves the bundle's other services by the same amount.
An appointment's products and custom items now show on its calendar card, under the time, when the card has room, and each service's card names its add-ons the same way. A service too short to read on the calendar, such as a 5-minute extra added at checkout, is named on the card of the service it runs back to back with when that card has room. Hover a card to see every service, add-on and item in the booking. The Agenda view and the appointments list name the items as well, and the appointments CSV export has an Items column.
Payments
A promo code now takes a start date beside its expiry date, so a Black Friday or Christmas code can be set up ahead and starts working on the day by itself. Open the code under Settings > Discounts and pick its Start date and Expiry date. Both are whole days in your business's timezone: a code from 27 to 30 November works from the start of 27 November until the end of 30 November, wherever clients or your team enter it. A client who types it early is told the day it starts.
- EnhancedAsk for a card on every online booking, and still take a deposit on the services you choosePayments & Deposits
Set your payment policy to Card on file and give the services you want a deposit for their own deposit. Clients pay that deposit to book, which saves their card. When a package, a gift card or a discount covers the service, they save a card instead. A card a service or membership asks for now holds the time while the client saves it, as your own Card on file policy does, and Pay to book applies to every deposit, a service's own included.
- EnhancedSet how long a client has to pay their deposit on each booking, and extend it laterPayments & Deposits
When your team books a client who owes a deposit, choose how long they have to pay it on that booking with Time to pay in the deposit panel. It starts at your usual time limit and goes from 30 minutes to 7 days. To give a client longer after booking, open the appointment and choose Actions → Extend time to pay: Bella sends them the deposit request with the new time. Extend time to pay works on a client's own online booking too. Time to pay shows when When a team member books has a time limit, under Settings → Payments.
A gift card for a service or a bundle can now be changed to another service or bundle that costs no more than the card's value, for a client who can't have the one on the card. Open the card from Gift cards and click Change service: only the services and bundles that fit the card's value are offered. The card keeps its value, code and expiry, pays for the new service in full when it's used, and the rest closes. It needs the new Change gift card service permission, which the Owner, Admin and Receptionist roles have.
Clients
Choose Edit note from a timeline note's menu to change what it says, for example to finish a note you started at the beginning of an appointment. The note keeps its original date and its place in the timeline, and shows who edited it and when. A locked note still can't be changed: correct it with an amendment, as before. Pinned notes now sit at the top of the Timeline notes tab, under Pinned, however many notes you add after them.
Packages
Put your packages into categories, such as Hyperbaric oxygen, Red light and Mixed packages, and choose the order they are listed in. Under Catalogue → Packages, click Categories to add, rename, archive and drag your categories into order, then pick a Category on each package. On your booking page, the Packages page shows a section for each category in your order, with any package that has no category under Other packages at the end. On the Packages page, drag a package within its category to move it: clients see the same order online, and your team sees it when selling a package. A business with no categories keeps one list, in the order it sets. A link to one package also now brings a client back to that package after they sign in to buy it.
Team
Turn on Add client phone and email to events on a team member's Calendar tab, and each appointment Bella adds to their Google Calendar shows the client's phone, email and a link that opens the appointment in Bella. Tap the number in your phone's calendar to call or text, or search Google Calendar by a phone number or email to find that client's appointments. It is off by default and each team member chooses it for their own calendar. Upcoming events also update when a client's name, phone or email changes.
Billing
- NewRefer another business, and you both get $150 Bella credit
Your own referral code and link are in Settings → Billing, under Refer a business, with buttons to copy the link, the code or a message ready to send or post. A business that signs up from your link, or enters your code in Billing before choosing a plan, gets $150 Bella credit: on a single-location plan, that covers its first month with Messages Plus. Once it has paid its first bill, you get $150 credit too, for every business that joins. Stripe takes the credit off your next Bella invoices automatically, and it doesn't expire. The same card shows your credit and each business that joined, by date and status, never by name.
Help
- NewA Help button on every screen
Every screen in the dashboard now has a Help button beside its own buttons. It opens Bella AI on a fresh conversation for that screen, with the screen's help-centre guide first, a few questions to ask about it next, and the team one tap further. Settings screens included, so the API keys page, the Payments page and every programme carry their guide with them.
