Ask "what does Friday look like?", "is Sarah free Thursday afternoon?" or "which clients have not been in for three months?" and it answers from your live schedule and client records. It is read-only, so it looks things up and links you to the screen where you make the change rather than booking on your behalf.

Phorest names a plain-language analytics product, Insights AI, on its AI features page, and Zenoti sells an assistant called Zeenie whose pricing page states that AI Agents require the AI Plus package (both checked 1 September 2026). An AI business digest is an automated email that analyses your business performance data - appointments, revenue, cancellations, client trends - and delivers a personalised summary with actionable insights. Bella sends one weekly when your business week closes and another at month end. The digest is calibrated to your volume so a new business gets encouraging context rather than alarming statistics.

Yes, with Messages Plus. Describe a campaign in a sentence and Bella drafts a subject and body grounded in your salon's own description - a first draft you edit, never auto-sent. Before any campaign goes out, Bella also runs a pre-send check: SMS against anti-spam rules and email for spam-trigger words and deliverability. Serious problems must be fixed before you can send; smaller suggestions appear as warnings.

General AI tools like ChatGPT have no access to your business data. Bella AI is connected directly to your live Bella Booking account - it reads your real appointments, clients, team schedules, and sales data to answer questions accurately. It also understands salon-specific concepts like processing times, service bundles, and rebooking rates.

Yes. Ask for a chart or a visual overview - for example "show my revenue trend as a chart" or "compare sales by team member" - and Bella AI renders it inline as a line, bar, area, or pie chart. It charts only the data your reports actually contain, and hovering any point shows the exact figure in your own currency. For a single number it simply gives you the figure rather than a chart.
