How does this differ from reminder-to-rebook or appointment reminders?

Appointment reminders are sent before a confirmed appointment. Reminder-to-rebook nudges past clients to return after a visit. Incomplete booking recovery is unique — it targets clients who never confirmed a booking in the first place. It's the only one of the three that recovers mid-funnel abandonment.

Do anonymous visitors get captured?

No. Only authenticated clients (verified phone number via OTP). Anonymous visitors leave no contact trail, so following up would be impossible and privacy-risky. This keeps your Follow-ups panel actionable and every lead reachable.

Will clients receive multiple reminders?

No. The reminder fires at most once per draft. If the client re-engages and abandons again, a fresh reminder can fire — but you'll never spam someone with repeat messages about the same unfinished booking.

How long are drafts kept?

Active drafts stay in your Follow-ups panel for 24 hours, then expire automatically via a TTL index. Dismissed or converted drafts disappear from the list immediately but are also cleaned up at the 24-hour mark.

Does this work if I haven't enabled the automatic reminder?

Yes. Even with the reminder disabled, drafts still appear in your Follow-ups panel and on the dashboard KPI card. You can manually call, email, book for the client, or send a reminder on demand. The automatic reminder is optional — useful when you want hands-off recovery, but not required.
