Messages Plus — Optional Add-on
Our only add-onMessages Plus adds a dedicated business phone number, two-way SMS inbox, SMS campaigns, and unlimited email campaigns (fair use) to any plan — branded emails in your colours with a hero image, a Book-now button, and open/click tracking, at no per-send cost. Campaigns are drafted with AI from a one-sentence brief and checked for deliverability before they send, so they land in the inbox. Includes additional 100 SMS credits/month. It's the only add-on we offer— the single exception to our flat-rate pricing, and it exists for a transparent reason: each dedicated number has real carrier costs (provisioning, per-message fees, and number reservation with our telephony provider) that scale with usage. We pass these through at cost rather than bundling them into every plan. Everything else is included in your plan — automated messages (appointment reminders, confirmations, cancellation notices) don't require Messages Plus.
