View and manage appointments in a list with powerful search, sort by date or client, and filter by status, team member, or service. No more scrolling through the calendar to find one booking.
Take card payments directly in Bella Booking via Stripe Connect. Charge for services or deposits at the point of booking or after the appointment. Funds settle to your connected bank account.
- NewCancellation Policy with Refund Handling
Define a cancellation policy (e.g. cancel at least 24 hours ahead) and how refunds work. The policy is shown at booking, and you can process refunds in-app when needed.
Appointments can require confirmation before they’re final. Confirm or decline from the app, and clients are notified of the outcome.
When an appointment is rescheduled, clients receive a notification that includes the previous and new date and time, so there’s no confusion.
Automated Messages & Security
Use template variables (e.g. {{FirstName}}, {{Date}}, {{Time}}) in your automated messages so each SMS or email is personalised and accurate.
