Set default working hours for each team member by day of the week, then add custom hours for specific dates when schedules vary. Control access with role-based permissions: Owners have full access, Admins can manage most settings, and Team Members have configurable permissions for clients, services, and reporting.

How do pricing tiers work?

Can team members have their own login?

Yes. Each team member can have their own email login with permissions based on their role. They receive an onboarding email to set up their access.

How does time off affect online booking?

When a team member has time off, their availability is automatically blocked in online booking. Clients cannot book appointments during those periods.

Can I hide team members from online booking?

Yes. Each team member has an "online booking visibility" toggle. Hidden team members do not appear to clients but remain visible in your internal scheduler.
