How many team members can I add?
Starter plan supports up to 3 team members. Professional plan supports unlimited team members.
How do pricing tiers work?
Create tiers like Junior, Senior, or Master. Assign team members to tiers and set different prices for the same service based on tier. When clients book online, they see the price for their selected team member.
Can team members have their own login?
Yes. Each team member can have their own email login with permissions based on their role. They receive an onboarding email to set up their access.
How does time off affect online booking?
When a team member has time off, their availability is automatically blocked in online booking. Clients cannot book appointments during those periods.
Can I hide team members from online booking?
Yes. Each team member has an "online booking visibility" toggle. Hidden team members do not appear to clients but remain visible in your internal scheduler.
How do I close the business for a public holiday?
Use the "Set Not Working" button on the Team Schedule page. Select the date range and which team members to include, then apply. Time off is created for everyone at once — no need to add it individually.
