How many membership plans can I create?
There is no limit. Create as many plans as you need โ VIP monthly, casual weekly, intro packages, unlimited access tiers. Each plan has its own pricing, benefits, and billing frequency.
Can clients buy memberships online?
Yes. Memberships appear on your online booking page. Clients select a plan, review the benefits and terms, and pay via Stripe Checkout. The membership activates once the first payment is confirmed.
How does session tracking work?
When a membership includes sessions (e.g. "4 massages per month"), each checkout automatically deducts from the allowance. Counts reset at the start of each billing period. Both staff and clients see remaining sessions.
Can clients pause their membership?
Pausing is managed by team members from the business dashboard. Billing stops and session counters are preserved until the membership is resumed. Clients can cancel their own membership from the online portal.
What billing frequencies are available?
Nine options: weekly, fortnightly, every 4 weeks, monthly, every 6 weeks, every 2 months, quarterly, every 6 months, and annually. Monthly bills on the same calendar date; every 4 weeks bills every 28 days.
Can I attach terms and conditions?
Yes. Attach terms and conditions that clients must review and accept before purchasing a membership. The acceptance is recorded for your records.
