How checkout works
Complete the appointment
When a client's appointment is finished, click "Check Out" to start the sale. Services are pre-filled.
Add products or adjustments
Add retail products the client is purchasing. Adjust quantities or add sale notes if needed.
Accept payment
Choose the payment method — card, cash, or Card on File (charge a saved card via Stripe). The payment is recorded against the sale.
Sale complete
The sale is recorded and the appointment is marked as completed. Revenue appears in your dashboard and reports immediately.

Can I sell products without an appointment?
Yes. Create a standalone sale from the Sales page to sell retail products or any items without needing an appointment.
What payment methods are supported?
Card, cash, and Card on File. Card and cash are recorded for reconciliation. Card on File charges a client's saved card via Stripe — a real payment with automatic refund support.
How do refunds work?
Open the original sale and process a full or partial refund with a reason. For Card on File payments, refunds are processed automatically through Stripe and returned to the client's card. For cash and card payments, refunds are recorded for reconciliation.
Do product stock levels update automatically?
Yes. When you sell a product through the point of sale, stock levels are reduced automatically. Low stock alerts will notify you when inventory is running low.
Can I see which team member made each sale?
Yes. Every sale is linked to the team member who performed the service or processed the sale. The Team Member Sales report shows revenue per team member.
