How do refunds work?

Open the original sale and process a full or partial refund. Card refunds are sent back through Stripe automatically. Cash refunds are recorded in the system for reconciliation.

Do product stock levels update automatically?

Yes. When you sell a product through the point of sale, stock levels are reduced automatically. Low stock alerts will notify you when inventory is running low.

Can I see which team member made each sale?

Yes. Every sale is linked to the team member who performed the service or processed the sale. The Team Member Sales report shows revenue per team member.
