Subscribe to the feed from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any iCal-compatible app to see your salon appointments alongside personal events. The feed is read-only and updates automatically — no manual syncing required. Each feed uses a secure token-based URL, so no login is needed to view appointments.

Frequently asked questions
Which calendar apps are supported?
Any app that supports iCal subscriptions — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and others. The feed uses the standard iCal (.ics) format.
Does the feed update in real time?
The feed URL always has the latest data. How often your calendar app refreshes depends on the app — Google Calendar checks approximately every 12-24 hours, Apple Calendar checks more frequently.
Can I edit appointments from my calendar app?
No. The feed is read-only. To create, edit, or cancel appointments, use the Bella Booking app. Changes you make there appear in the feed automatically.
Is the feed URL secure?
Each feed URL includes a unique token. Only people with the URL can view the appointments. You can regenerate the token if needed to revoke access.
