Create tiers like Junior, Senior, and Master — or use any names that fit your business. Assign each team member to a tier, then set per-tier prices on your services. When a client books online or you create an appointment, the price automatically adjusts based on the selected team member. Manage everything from the dedicated Pricing Tiers section in the app.

Custom tier names
Create as many pricing tiers as you need with any name. Junior Stylist, Senior Colourist, Director — whatever fits your business structure.
Per-service tier pricing
Set a different price for each service at each tier level. A cut might be $50 for a Junior and $80 for a Master.
Team member assignment
Assign each team member to a pricing tier. Their services are automatically priced based on their tier across the scheduler, online booking, and checkout.
Automatic price adjustment
When a client selects a team member during booking, the service price adjusts to match that team member's tier. No manual price overrides needed.
How pricing tiers work
Create your tiers
Go to the Pricing Tiers section and add tiers that reflect your team's experience levels (e.g., Junior, Senior, Master).
Set prices per service
Open each service and set a price for every tier. Leave a tier blank to use the default service price.
Assign team members
Assign each team member to their tier. Prices adjust automatically when that team member is selected for an appointment.

Frequently asked questions
How many pricing tiers can I create?
There is no limit. Create as many tiers as you need to match your team structure.
Do clients see the tier name when booking online?
Clients see the team member's name and the price for that team member. The tier name itself is an internal label for your organisation.
Can I change a team member's tier later?
Yes. Reassign a team member to a different tier at any time. Future appointments will use the new tier pricing. Existing appointments keep their original price.
What happens if I don't set a tier price for a service?
The service uses its default price when no tier-specific price is set. You only need to add tier prices where you want them to differ.
