Team members clock in and out using a personal PIN code. The time clock widget sits in the app header for quick access throughout the day.
Timesheet viewing
View detailed timesheets showing clock-in times, clock-out times, and total hours worked. Filter by team member and date range.
Late arrival tracking
The system automatically compares clock-in times against scheduled shifts. Late arrivals are flagged with the number of minutes late, so you can spot patterns.
Permission-based access
Team members can view their own timesheets. Managers and owners can view and manage timesheets across the team with the appropriate permissions.
CSV export
Export attendance data to CSV for payroll processing. The export includes team member names, dates, clock-in/out times, break duration, total hours, and status.
Manual entry management
Admins can create, edit, and delete timesheet entries manually. Useful for correcting missed clock-ins or adjusting hours. All manual changes are tracked with who made them and when.
How attendance tracking works
Enable attendance tracking
Turn on the time clock feature from your scheduling settings. Each team member is assigned a personal PIN.
Clock in
Team members click the time clock widget in the app header and enter their PIN to clock in at the start of their shift.
Clock out
At the end of the shift, team members clock out using the same widget. Hours are calculated automatically.
Review and export
View timesheets from the attendance section. Filter by team member, date range, and status (on time, late, missing). Export to CSV for payroll processing.

Frequently asked questions
Is attendance tracking included in all plans?
Attendance tracking is available on the Professional plan. It is not available on Solo or Starter plans.
How do team members clock in?
A time clock widget appears in the app header. Team members click it and enter their personal PIN to clock in or out. No separate app or hardware is needed.
Can I export timesheets for payroll?
Yes. Export attendance data to CSV for any date range. The export includes clock-in/out times, total hours, break time, and status per team member.
Can team members see their own timesheets?
Yes. Team members with the timesheets:view_own permission can see their own clock-in history. Owners and admins can view and manage all team member timesheets.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. The time clock widget is available on all devices through the Progressive Web App. Team members can clock in and out from their phone.
