How to switch from Zenoti
Step-by-step guide to export your data and move to Bella Booking. We offer free data migration and 1-on-1 onboarding with every plan.

Export guest/client details
Go to Guests > Manage Guests > click the Export icon > choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format.

Export reports
Click the Reports icon from the main menu > search and run the report you need > click the Export icon > choose Excel or CSV. Reports with 150,000+ rows or spanning more than a year may be emailed instead of downloaded directly.

Run a full data backup
Go to Admin > Backup your data. This provides a comprehensive off-boarding data export including clients, appointments, and other business data.

Send your exports to Bella Booking
Email your exported files to our onboarding team. We will import your clients, validate the data, and help set up your services and team schedules.
A note on appointment history
We generally recommend not importing old appointment history. Importing past appointments can trigger unintended automated messages (reminders, follow-ups) and cause data inconsistencies. Your clients and services are the essential data for a clean start. If you do want some history carried over, we recommend a tight recent range (e.g. the last 3 months) — our migration team will ensure no notifications are sent accidentally.
Good to know
Owner or Manager role permissions may be required to access export features. Large reports (150K+ rows or 1+ year) are emailed rather than downloaded directly. Some help articles require a Zenoti account login to view.

Will I lose my client data?
No. Export your client list from Zenoti (we provide step-by-step instructions), then our team will import it into Bella Booking for you. Free data migration is included with every plan.
How long does the switch take?
Most salons are up and running within 1-2 hours. We handle the data import and walk you through setup in a 1-on-1 onboarding session.
Do I need to cancel my Zenoti subscription first?
We recommend running both systems in parallel for a few days to ensure a smooth transition. Cancel your Zenoti subscription once you're confident everything is working.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Bella Booking is month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel anytime.
