How to switch from Booker
Step-by-step guide to export your data and move to Bella Booking. We offer free data migration with every plan.

Export your customers
Go to Customers, then Manage Customers, and click View All Customers. Under Filters, tick the fields you want included, then click Export to a .CSV file in the left sidebar. Booker emails the account owner when the export is ready — download it from the Customer Exports section.

Export your appointments
Go to Appointments, then Find Appointment. Click Customize View, set a date range, choose your columns, save the view and export. Run it twice — once for past appointments and once for future ones — so nothing is missed.

Send us your service menu instead of exporting it
Booker has no service menu export. Send us a link to your Booker booking page, or a screenshot of your services screen, and we will rebuild your menu with prices and durations for you.

Send us your team list
There is no staff export either. A simple list of full name, email and mobile for each team member is all we need.

A note on appointment history
We generally recommend not importing old appointment history. Importing past appointments can trigger unintended automated messages (reminders, follow-ups) and cause data inconsistencies. Your clients and services are the essential data for a clean start. If you do want some history carried over, we recommend a tight recent range (e.g. the last 3 months) — our migration team will ensure no notifications are sent accidentally.
Good to know
Clients and appointments export cleanly from Booker. Services and staff do not export at all — Booker's own guidance to businesses leaving is to hand over a booking page link and a manually written team list, which is exactly what we work from. Outstanding gift certificates, memberships and session bundles are worth listing separately so no client loses what they have already paid for.
Can't export your data?
No problem — we can work with anything. Screenshots of your service list, a link to your public booking page, a photo of your price board, or even a typed-up list. Send us whatever you have and we will build your account from it.

Will I lose my client data?
No. Export your client list from Booker (we provide step-by-step instructions), then our team will import it into Bella Booking for you. Free data migration is included with every plan.
How long does the switch take?
Most salons are up and running within 1-2 hours. We handle the data import and help you through setup.
Do I need to cancel my Booker subscription first?
We recommend running both systems in parallel for a few days to ensure a smooth transition. Cancel your Booker subscription once you're confident everything is working.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Bella Booking is month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. You can cancel anytime.
